Developments:
Williamsburg Village in Inverness, Illinois,
We have had the opportunity to serve the buying, selling, and investing community. We have developed and built both residential and commercial properties. Many years ago, we had the opportunity to develop Williamsburg Village in Inverness, Illinois, which is comprised of 39 commercial office buildings all built in the original style of colonial Williamsburg Virginia.
Silver Glen Estates.
In St. Charles, Illinois in the western suburbs of Illinois. I purchased several farms encompassing approximately 400 acres and built Silver Glen Estates. Today it is a beautiful community encompassing hundreds of homes where people are enjoying a wonderful lifestyle.
Regency Plaza shopping Center. The center is a little over 150,000 square feet encompassing a 65,000 square foot food market, 12,000 square foot True Value, over 20 other retailers, and includes two out-lots where we built a bank and a very fine restaurant. My investors and I owned and operated the center for approximately 10 years.
Lakeview Estates in Barrington Illinois. The homes there were built in a revolutionary design that was new to the Chicagoland market. With their open floor plans, volume ceilings, and three-car garages they still remain as modern sought-after homes.
Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin,
A 500 acres from multiple farms and today there are schools, a hospital, a shopping center, and both single-family and multifamily homes that are enjoying the community. A little bit south of Kenosha in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, we developed and built Prairie Trails, a community of beautiful homes for many people that were working in the Chicagoland area.
Bald Eagle Club, Utah
One of our most challenging and exciting developments was the Bald Eagle Club located in deer Valley, Utah. Deer Valley is located right next to Park City, Utah. The Park City ski area and Deer Valley ski area are one of the most sought after and magnificent ski areas in the United States. We had the wonderful opportunity to purchase the very top of the Deer Valley ski resort located on Bald Eagle mountain. We obtained all of the entitlements and approvals from the municipality to build ski runs and homes at the very top of the mountain. We started by building a ski lift from the bottom of Wasatch Valley to the very top of the Bald Eagle Mountain. We built five bridges and two tunnels to gain access to all of the building parcels that would be built and developed into homes. Today the homes are enjoyed by the Who’s Who of America in both the business world and entertainment industry.
