Lakeview Estates in Barrington Illinois – The homes there were built in a revolutionary design that was new to the Chicagoland market. With their open floor plans, volume ceilings, and three-car garages they still remain as modern sought-after homes.
Bald Eagle Club, located right next to Park City, Utah, in the Deer Valley ski resort located on Bald Eagle mountain. We built and developed all the homes at the very top of the mountain, today the homes are enjoyed by the Who’s Who of America in both the business world and entertainment industry.

The property has been subdivided into both residential, commercial, and public interest parcels. One of the sites for a public school was donated to the community.
