One of the company’s most challenging and exciting developments was the Bald Eagle Club located in Deer Valley, right next to Park City, Utah. The Park City ski area and Deer Valley ski area are some of the most sought-after and magnificent ski areas in the United States. We had the wonderful opportunity to purchase the very top of the Deer Valley ski resort located on Bald Eagle mountain. We obtained all of the entitlements and approvals from the municipality to build ski runs, ski lifts and homes at the very top of the mountain. We started by building a ski lift from the bottom of Wasatch Valley to the very top of the Bald Eagle Mountain. We built five bridges and two tunnels to gain access to all of the building parcels that would be built and developed into homes. Today the homes are enjoyed by the Who’s Who of America in both the business world and entertainment industry.
