After graduating from Ohio State University, Mark started selling both residential and commercial real estate, His success in the Real estate industry lead him to start a group of companies called, Marc Realty & Investment group, Marc Construction and Development and Marc Securities and Investments.
Marc Realty & Investment Group was dedicated to helping the public to purchase, sell and invest in Real estate. Marc Securities and Investments assisted people to make investments in the Real Estate Market. Marc Construction and Development was involved in the creation and development of both residential and commercial properties in St. Charles, Palatine, Barrington, Inverness IL, Kenosha Wi, and Deer Valley, UT.
Some of the major properties were Silver Glen Estate in St. Charles, Williamsburg Village in Inverness, Regency Shopping Center in Palatine, the Bald Eagle Club in Deer Valley UT and Prairie trails, Prairie Center in Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie WI, and a multitude of condo renovations in Chicago.
One of our most exciting and daring projects was the development of the top of Bald Eagle Mountain in The Deer Valley Ski Resort in Utah. We developed and built magnificent homes at the very top of the mountain that were purchased by the Who’s Who of America. The homes ranged from 7000 to 12,000 sq ft and all had ski-in and ski-out access, with home values from $5 Million to $15 Million.
